How this site uses AI

A glossary of AI terms should disclose its own AI use, so here it is. Definitions on this site are drafted with AI assistance and edited by the MHSB Solutions research desk. Each entry is reviewed against current mainstream usage before it ships and is revised and re-dated when usage changes. Nothing here relies on an invented source: external references link only to verified mainstream reference pages.

What AI does here

Research agents built on large language models help draft definitions and plain-English explanations, keep categories and cross-references consistent, and build the site's code. The AI-readable index at /llms.txt and the full glossary text at /llms-full.txt are generated from the same data as the pages on every build, so they cannot drift from what the site says.

What the research desk does

Every definition is reviewed for how the term is actually used, in vendor pitches, ethics opinions, and legal practice, and the legal-practice angle is stated neutrally where one exists. When a term's meaning shifts, the entry is revised and re-dated rather than silently edited. Where an entry links further reading, it links a verified mainstream reference, never a source we could not confirm exists.

Where the stricter rules live

This site defines vocabulary; it does not make claims about what bars and courts require. Those claims live on our companion site, the Legal AI Compliance Tracker, where every entry is verified against its primary source before publication and an automated gate blocks releases that break the sourcing rules.
